The 2009 conference: Covent Garden, London
CREATE 2009 was a 2-day conference about creating innovative interactions: digital consumer products, interactive services and interaction paradigms.
In 2009 we had four keynote presentations from:
Josephine Reid, Pervasive Computing Lab, Hewlett-Packard;
Steve Benford, Mixed Reality Laboratory, University of Nottingham;
Andrew McGrath, Director of Design and Usability, Orange Global;
Crispin Jones, industrial and interaction designer.
We also had papers from academia and industry, all providing useful insights into the practice of user-centred design with digital technologies. We would like to thank the paper and keynote presenters, delegates and exhibitors for making the conference such as success.
